Brightly Twisted

Created by Greg Stemas and Tammy Bourque, Brightly Twisted specializes in hand-dyed garments, commonly referred to as "tie-dye." Using fiber-reactive dye on trend-conscious garments, the artists personally design every piece, resulting in a completely original,one-of-a-kind article of clothing.

For the past few years, Brightly Twisted has functioned mostly within the Art Fair Circuit. During the summer season (May-September) we travel across Michigan and throughout parts of the country selling and promoting our work at dozens of various art fairs and festivals. Our gypsy path has taken us in many directions, most recently, to this website. We hope that the site will bring a little deeper into our world, as well as broaden your shopping opportunities (we're working on the online store and greatly appreciate your patience!

We are also thrilled to announce the growth we have made over the last few months: thanks to representation from Aqua Showroom, Brightly Twisted is now being featured nationwide! Our signature pashmina scarves can be found in several shops and boutiques all over the country (see "brightly twisted near you" for a complete list). Among these stores is Nordstrom department store, who will be carrying Brightly Twisted scarves in select stores in early June.
